    Full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. After Dispatch

    Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    Customers may request a return/exchange after delivery (as per the return policy).
  3. Prepaid Orders

    Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are 100% refundable.

    No deductions, unless payment gateway charges are applicable.
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

    COD orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

    Frequent COD cancellations may lead to restriction of COD option for that customer.
